Established in 1999, FENAK Estimating Services Ltd. Is an independent firm operating with the primary purpose of providing quantity surveying and estimating services to Owners, Developers, Architects, Engineers, General and Trade Contractors. Since its inception, FENAK has leveraged technology in all facets of construction project management. As early as 2010 we adopted the BIM process and deployed BIM/VDC tools helping construction firms to navigate the complexities of 3D modeling. FENAK has demonstrated consistent commitment to quality and performance which has led us to be a part of multiple projects in the AEC sector.
